"I had just moved three weeks earlier, and the level of disorganization was giving me anxiety. Some of it had built up over multiple moves without me ever finding the energy or motivation to deal with it. Karina really made me feel comfortable right away and was flexible with my preferences, including aesthetics, how much I wanted to declutter, and how involved I wanted to be. She got right to work sorting items into piles for me to review, since I wanted to declutter a large amount of old paperwork. In the process, she found my passport and my son’s birth certificate, which was a huge relief and made me feel confident everything important was finally safe and properly filed. Before she came, I sent her photos of the focus areas and she gave great suggestions on organizing materials, while also offering to provide containers if preferred. In one day, we worked through multiple areas including a linen closet, a nursery walk-in closet, many boxes of paperwork, part of the kitchen, and a couple of boxes of electronics. The entire experience was much more pleasant than I expected, working alongside her helped me stay focused and stricter to get rid of things. "
